Refund Policy
1. API service credits
Requests for a refund of unused prepaid API service credits may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
2. Technical development services
Fees for custom technical development services are non-refundable once the applicable work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written quotation or agreement. If a project has not started, please contact us so that we can review the request.
3. Service issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a service issue, please submit a request through the support channel provided with your service account. Include your account information, payment date, order information, and a brief description. We will review the request within a reasonable time.
4. Cancellations
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prepaid API service credits do not renew automatically. Where a recurring service arrangement applies, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date.
