Customers must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, comply with applicable laws, and use our services only for lawful purposes. Customers may not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others.

4. Third-party model services

Certain AI capabilities rely on third-party model providers and infrastructure. Model availability, response speed, output quality, and technical behavior may be affected by those providers. We will provide reasonable support and coordination but do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party service availability.

5. Fees and billing

Fees are shown at checkout, quoted in writing, or displayed within the applicable customer account. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable price before completing payment. API usage may be metered based on the selected service and usage record.

6. Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Rights relating to custom development deliverables will follow the applicable written quotation or agreement. Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before use.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to suspected abuse, comply with legal obligations, or address unpaid amounts. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to the applicable order terms and our Refund Policy.
